Seat Arrangement Notice
 
In compliance with Taiwan government’s epidemic prevention policy, EVA Air and UNI Air reserve the rights to assign or reallocate seats for passengers to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
No new details other than this vague statement. Perhaps they've started blocking middle seats? GDS still shows them selling the regular amount of tickets!
