Has anyone received reimbursement for strike re-routing?
I was re-routed from KHH to TPE during the strike and told that I'd be reimbursed for ground transport to KHH. I bought the cheapest train ticket (because it was quickest) and uploaded the receipts via the EVA web form a few days later. That was June. Still not a peep out of them other than an auto-reply acknowledgement of the submission.
I've followed up with the LAX office and been told it's still being processed. Just wondering if anyone has received any compensation for strike-related costs like this yet? |
Fri 20th, after a number of phone calls and emails, I finally received an email saying
Thank you for your patience while we process EVA Airways check for you. The check have been sent out to you today via FedEx 2-day service. |
