Refund Credit

I had to cxl a ticket a couple days ago due to my middle name not being on it (did not want to take chance). Call Center would not change it and advised to cxl/rebook. Cancel was done a couple hours after booking so I should get full refund. When I went through the process on line it said it can take up to two months. That can't be right, can it? What has been others experience in how long it takes?

Thanks, glad it doesn't sound like I have to float EVA a couple thousand for a few months.

It is Chinese New Year in Taiwan and many businesses, including banks and most offices, are closed for the week. So, if anything goes through anything in Taiwan, there might be a little extra delay.

For the record, 18 days.

Maybe Chinese New Year did cause some delay.
