Connecting flight at TPE - can I use the EVA lounge?

so star website says that departure flight must be in J to gain access. I might be flying SEA-TPE-ICN on BR. SEA-TPE in J and TPE-ICN in Y. Therefore, I won't be granted access to any lounge in TPE. am I correct?
