Premium Economy upgrade?
 
Does EVA regularly sell upgrades to PE from SIN-TPE?

Or more interestingly, do they move pax up to PE from Economy?

1. No active selling of cash upgrades. They do have a promo going on for Eco to PE miles upgrades but thats for longhaul flights.
2. Do you mean Op-ups? It depends on the load factor. They won't move anyone if they don't have to.
