TPE inbound RL amenity kit is a Georg Jensen - previous posts include PR pic (158) and pic of the bag (136). It's a really weird bag (it's like a pouch slung over a pencil bag) - would have much preferred a new color Rimowa.

Inbound to TPE is now all George Jensen.

Outbound from TPE is all Rimoa.

Its not short changed. Just different things. My parents likes the none Rimowa kits better.

The non-Rimowa looks fine to me. I have a couple of the Rimowa kits gathering dust because they are too small to fit any of my things - even a toothbrush hangs out of the edge. If the Jensen kit is longer and more flexible, I might be able to ditch my aging leatherette United Business First kit and use this one.

All my rimowa kits are still in original packaging and never used. Its just not useful.

The new Jensen kit is bigger and much more useful. I think you will like it better than Rimowa.

Rimowa looks a lot better but just totally useless. I think i have over 30 rimowa kits and i only used it once (first flight with dark green EVA logo kit). The rest like you said just collecting dust.

i used to fit all my cords and electronic stuff in a Rimowa case. It was not big enough so i had to carry an extra box.
after getting the new Jensen one, it fits everything i carry. Its worth having over the Rimowa...

I have my Jensen kit from last week's flight and it's perfect - it's actually two bags in one, and really nice, faux leather or not. I strongly prefer it over the useless Rimowa kit which was more of a toy than anything useful.

Indeed, and I naively fell into believing I'd get Grande Dame 2006 on BR205 last time... I confirm we still get served Grande Dame 2006 on 2-digit flights, i.e. BR62 that I took last week from BKK to TPE.

I've grown to like the Jensen kit quite a bit. I hope the Ferragamo kit doesn't disappoint.

Salvatore Ferragamo shouldn't be bad.

I have a Ferragamo kit from Saudia two years ago. It's quite nice actually, the pouch and the contents are of good quality.

That's awesome! Having flown them in May 2018, I am glad I am getting updated amenity kits in my January 2019 flight.

Still Jensen on BR32 today. Crew said it was still blue Rimowa on their way over. They’re not sure when it’ll change.

There is apparently a logistical issue going on with the new Rimowa kits.
