The new colors are given out starting last month on JFK BR31/32 and LAX BR11/12 flights using the new 77A aircraft configuration. I have received the new Crystal Green and Prosecco color Rimowa kits on BR11/12 flights.

As mentioned by username above, other North American flights would get the new colors on Aug 1. However my LAX-TPE BR15 flight this week still got the dark green Rimowa. Maybe they are trying to give out all their dark green Rimowa stock before distributing the new colors on other Royal Laurel routes.

I thought when the announced it initially, they said flights into TPE get one color and flights out of TPE get the other color. So, one can have both if they do R/T.

That is correct. Outbound from Taipei (BR12) get Crystal Green color, while inbound to Taipei (BR11) get Prosecco color Rimowa.

I got excited when I saw a pic on the Rimowa Facebook page of a green suitcase on the beach with sandals but I think it is actually a Salsa one.

Does Eva also offer slippers in RL, or just the sock things shown in the above picture?

Yes, offering slippers is part of the Taiwanese hospitality formalities.

Yup but not appealing cause it was so thin and cheap.

Wonder if any PAX even bother keeping them.

The only slippers I have kept were OZ F since they had like a little heel pad and were nice. Any other ones I get I always consider to be "single use" and leave on the plane once the flight is over.

Some of us collect everything airline

In the old days, the F slippers were not bad. The RL ones are OK but not as good as before. If you think how they are supposed to be disposable. there is a balance between quality and being environmentally friendly.
