The DTF noodle is now like soggy mess of flour ball.

I am for sure that the 2015 dumpling version is not from DTF other than the sauce.

The soup also tastes different. Smaller portion and chewy beef is not DTF. DTF beef falls apart in your mouth. Not EVA.

Besides the poor quality food, I just hope they are not using DiXiaYou (drainage oil) to cook the food.

I flew around ten people on br31 over the past week (to attend my wedding)! I suggested to all of them to find time for the burger be it as a meal or a snack. Those who had it all have it good reviews though it could be selection bias. One guy even had two! As for the fries, I've never had them come out well and simply ask them to be excluded from the plate.

I have never had a bad Beef filet on EVA. The blackbean and chili sauce makes it even better

Are you referring to one of these bad boys?

海参 is my single most feared banquet food (gross in pretty much every conceivable respect). It always comes plated in isolation, making it very difficult to hide or spread around amongst other stuff you're not planning on eating.

LOL NO. It was just an small piece thrown into the noodles. But the grade of the cucumber they used was not bad. Of course very small due to the costs.

So I guess based on this it's safe to say it's gotten worse
