SNCF/TGV vouchers

Hi,
I have a number of SNCF/TGV Bon d'achats following cancelled/delayed trains last year, to be used against train travel this year. Normally i use them for vacation travel but this year...
I can only use 1 per booking, and SNCF Service Apres Vente have already declined to reimburse them, so its use or loose them.
Therefore i'm considering buying a number of journeys on routes i normally make anyway with the business premiere tarif which is fully refundable even after the journey. Then, cancelling the ticket(s).
SNCF have a 100% reimbursement policy currently until 1st November, anyway. Pre-covis, cancelled tickets paid 100% by credit card were 100% reimbursed back to the same card.
Anyone forsee any problems with getting 100% of the ticket price back as "cash", or am i likely to get reimbursed another voucher again? Or any other problems i might have overlooked?
