December trip to AMS
 

Evening all,

Am planning a short trip to AMS this December (17th-20th) and wanted pointers on the availability of stuff around that time. Obviously it's a large city, but then I would guess that things wind down a little toward the end of the year - or don't they at all?

The weather looks mild enough by all accounts, and since it rains all year round in Blighty we're not at all afraid of that - so is there anything to watch out for in December in Amsterdam?
