Most useeful are common words/phrases lists from the net. Need more? Try your local Goethe Institute, or similar cultural groups. How about Craig's List for a willing tutor? In a short while, s/he will have you up to speed. And, the best part is when your contacts remark, "Seine sprache ist ausgezeichnet." :-:
