CDG to La Defense
 

Hello,
I am flying into CDG on a Sunday morning and need to get to my hotel, Renaissance at La Defense. What method of transport would you recommend? There are three of us, traveling for business.
The priorities are
1. Ease
2. Cost
3. Speed
If it takes a little longer and is easy then that is fine. My 2 colleagues have never been to France. I used to live there but never in Paris and I really don't want to get us muddled up from the get go.

For 3 people, no contest, take a taxi (€35-50 depending on traffic, time of day, # of suitcases).

Shuttle services run around €20 per person, making them unattractive for a party of 3.

You could take the Air France bus to Etoile (€10 one way), and take the subway or a short taxi ride to La Défense, but the savings will be minimal.

Taking the RER train and transferring to the metro will only cost €7.70 per person, but with significant aggravation.

I would recommend the RER.
Certainely on a sunday morning, it won't be crowded.
You would have to change lines in Chatelet Les Halles.
If you would take the RER : this will go to La Défense Grande Arche, which is at the far end of the esplanade, looking from the Seine.
I don't know where your hotel is : if it is closer to the Seine, change in Chatelet Les Halles to the metro (I think line 1) and leave the metro in La Défense Esplanade.
