Problem with issuing another ticket
I bought my girlfriend a ticket from Saskatoon to Warsaw, with two transfers, in Calgary and Paris. Because the plane from Saskatoon was late, she missed the transfer in Calgary and was given a ticket to Paris, not Warsaw, what should we do?

Was the ticket purchased from an airline or from a travel agent? Were all three flights on a single ticket, or was the Paris-Warsaw flight on a different ticket (with a separate ticket number)? |

This is a single ticket with a single number
I believe that she might also be entitled to certain protections (and maybe even a cash payment) under Canada's Air Passenger Protection regulations. More info here: https://otc-cta.gc.ca/eng/air-passen...ons-highlights |
Sorry for writing again. But yesterday they said that everything would be processed at the airport in Paris, and today at the airport and at the information line they said that everything had to be done yesterday. I had to buy a new ticket to Warsaw for my own money. Can I even count on compensation or a refund?

Good luck! Edited to add: Whom did your girlfriend actually approach in the Paris airport? WestJet? Air France? LOT? Only the airline which operated the flight from Saskatoon to Calgary has the obligation to re-route the passenger to Warsaw. |
