Greece Self Isolation Requirements

I'm thoroughly confused by the Greek entry/isolation requirements.

https://travel.gov.gr/#/

The countries from which entry is allowed, under the aforementioned conditions, without the requirement for subsequent self-isolation are: EU++ (Andorra, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, San Marino, Vatican, the Principality of Monaco), USA, UK, Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrein, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, China, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo* (This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence), Kuwait, Lebanon, Moldova, Montenergro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Qatar, the Russian Federation*, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE, Ukraine.
I am a US citizen and resident, but I will spend a few days in Turkey before my arrival to Greece. The US is on this list, but Turkey is not. Am I eligible for entry? If so, will I need to isolate? How does isolation work?

Turkey was recently added to that list in travel.gov.gr , so you do not need to isolate unless Turkey is removed again. Good luck!
