TAP Flights to LHR

A family member who lives in Maderia has been trying to get a flight to the UK.

Easyjet and BA have and are constantly taking bookings for various flights to the UK, but then cancel the flight/bookings.

TAP have flights with one stop to LHR via Lisbon, which a friend has flown from Funchal to Lisbon.

But are TAP actually flying into LHR from Lisbon.

The easiest way for your friend to find out would be to pick up the phone and call the local TAP agency in Madeira...

TP has no flights to LHR until May 07.
BA flies daily LIS-LHR
FR flies twice daily LIS-STN.

If they can get themselves to LIS, they can get to LON.
It looks like there is a flight FNC-LIS tonight, and then there's nothing until May 05. Price-wise, the next reasonable flight to LIS is May 09.

Thanks guys,
They contacted TAP Funchal and there is a flight to LHR from FNC with a stop over at LIS.
They were informed it was a special flight on 10th May.
They have booked their seats but worrying if they will not be upheld, as previous flights having booked seats via Easyjet. Only to be cancelled a few days before the flight.
