Portugal Entry

I saw the advisory that Australian citizens can enter Portugal if fully vaccinated.
My flights: SYD-SIN-AUH-LHR-LIS...

Since UAE is not on their allowed list I was hoping that since no mention of transit rules, as long as I stay in the airport. There is no issue.

Self-answered: No issue as long as I do not leave the airport.
