Transfer at Istanbul airport

Transfer at Istanbul airport
Hallo, new hereI have a question about transfer in Istanbul
We are flying from Phuket with Tk ,only hand bags.
after 10 hours layover we take another internationl flight with another airline, different tickets.
Can we go to transit flights at Istanbul airport or do we have to go to arrivels andr costum and passport control?

Your question is pretty much unanswerable without more information - passport/nationality - do you need a visa to enter Turkey?
