AF vs DL to CDG in J?

With the introduction of an AF route SEA->CDG, I'm wondering if it's worth switching my upcoming DL award flight to AF. The difference in fare is 30k Skymiles (15k each for 2 people) and $150 in change fees.

How does AF J compare to DL?

Can you elaborate about the AF flights from SEA-CDG.

Everything AF I am seeing is Delta operated.

Thanks
