One hour connect in Schiphol

What chances do I stand to make a connecting flight at Schiphol with exactly one hour time between flights?
Flights are Oslo to AMS and then AMS to Milan Linate.
I've had a look and seems that I will have to change terminals from 2 to 1.

You shouldn't have any problem, there is only 1 terminal in AMS, so it is a matter of walking gate to gate which shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes.

Both are Schengen and trusted so no need to clear security or immigration. Just walk to your connecting gate which shouldn't be too far if they are both on KLM.

Where did you find the info on terminals 1 and 2? I'm asking so that we tell people to avoid that site...

PS I guess for CDG they'd be telling one not to worry since the flights would both land and leave in terminal 2 ;)

Actually, it doesn't make much difference in terms of airline, the incoming might land in the end of B and the outbound will be from the end of D, which would still be within 10-15 minutes walk.

I think some websites/TA refers to the different departure/arrival lounges as "terminals".

The airport itself and the maps there are marked 1, 2, 3, and now 4 but of course it's all the same big building.

Unless you change from LCC to another airline. Then one should cross the entire airport.

Curious, is your itinerary with the connecting flight on one ticket or did you buy two separate tickets?

But then it is not a connection :p

It is a fair point though, is there even a way to cross from B/C/D to M gates airside?
