SIM card at BUD?
I can't find any recent info on if I can pick up a (ideally cheap) sim at the airport? I'd like to have it right away to use Uber and communicate with an Airbnb host.

Vodafone has a shop at the airport where you could get the SIM. A friend stopped there last month and the staff took care of everything for her.
