I'm supposed to be going to Kiev for work this Friday. I just found out today and am hard pressed to find a good hotel under the per diem amount ($245/night). Does anyone have any recommendations near the center of town?

I'd really appreciate any help.

Dnipro, Ukraine, Kozats'kiy, Khreschatik are all very central and I've never paid anywhere near $245 a night for any of them.
