Problem with online booking
 
Hi,
Ive been trying to book on Etihad.com a mutli leg journey and everything works including seat selection but the payment page is not loading. Basically, I’m getting stuck on a loading page, which shows no error or anything else to indicate why the payment page is not coming up. Has anyone else experienced the same?

The planned trip is Business Class 03 OCT FRA-AUH, 05 OCT AUH-JNB, 12 OCT JNB-AUH-FRA.

I had this when using Chrome and clearing the cache fixed it, perhaps give that a go

Unfortunately its not this. If I put the exact same dates but going BKK instead of JNB, it works.
It must be something with the fare to JNB.

Just in case anybody else running into this problem... I must admit that just now I ran into the same problem, refreshed almost 10 times with no luck. Saw this thread and cleared my Chrome cache. Refreshed and price unchanged, but payment page indeed came through (HT: Dogmatick ). YMMV.
