"Simplified redemption table"

Alert! Does this mean an impending miles devaluation from EY?

It would be nice to know the rates and zones before the10th March to determine if we should book flights etc now in case there is a devaluation...!

Usual EY, the marketing team is way ahead of the back end team once again... prepare for some pain!! FYI there are still issues around Conscious Choice miles not being credited months after the scheme launch.

Man, it's basically already impossible to redeem miles on Etihad flights as the pricing is nuts. Can it get any worse?

So changes will come, but we don't know exactly what zones, prices etc.? Very poor communication. :/

It looks like they have pulled a lot of Guestseat availability perhaps in preparation for the new table. I have been tracking Australia flights and normally they release 2 each day at 330days in advance. But now they seem to have stopped and have pulled pretty much all availability from the routes.

this appears to have been a glitch as the seats are now showing as per normal

Have you ever seen them "replenish" the 2 business guest seats? I've never seen more than 2 available on a flight but wondered if they ever add another 2 seats in if they've already sold 2 guests seats on a flight.

Also how are you monitoring? Is there any search tool that will allow you to just see the reward fares? Annonying to have to come back and search frequently...

I use SeatSpy, it's not perfect but if you see a miles price that's is around the normal guest seat value then it's probably a guest seat

Seems like GuestSeat availability disappeared again. The route I’m tracking showed consistent 2x J seats through schedule open, and since a few days ago it all went away. My guess is that that they’re probably preparing for the March 10 redemption changes.

What chances there's not a single A380 guest seat in F through to the end date, I feel that they aren't releasing them
