Just got an email about this. Never seen such a high bonus for a 3 day car rental in my life. W

Has anyone actually made a successful booking at the promo site? No matter what credit card I enter I keep getting an error msg. (Sorry, we're unable to complete your payment using those details. Please make sure they're correct. (EP101))

I've made two reservations (three days each) back in August, and completed them both in the last week or so.
Now waiting to see how long it takes for miles to post (or not)...
Paid 17 per day (which was on par with other companies at the same location), so 102 for 40k, which was too good to pass.
