20k miles for 3 day car rental (96hrs only)

It's been six weeks since my first reservation was completed and I did not get the bonus points yet. Has anyone so far gotten them?

I saw one comment here that says they got theirs: https://frequentmiler.com/20k-etihad...y-avis-rental/ (read through the comments). That was the only positive DP I saw. I messed around with rentals near me as sort of a mattress run rental car style (i.e., rent a car even though I don't need it to get the points) and the math wasn't good enough for me compared to other options for generating points especially given some folks still haven't seen their points from last time.

only the basic points so far (67 for £51) after exactly two weeks following the first rental.

The website also does not work with Safari on iPad (tried both Desktop and Mobile modes).

Can’t select dates, and the From is “today”, but the To: is 2018. And clicking on Find briefly changes the button color and then does nothing.

Neither is Safari on Mac working - use either Firefox or Chrome.

Did not receive the Bonus miles so far, only the regular rental credit.
Etihad can't help and tell me to contact Avis, anyone has a contact with Avis for such claims?

Followed the rules and made a reservation that concluded 6 weeks ago and still no bonus miles. Just called Avis who (of course) referred me to Etihad Guest. Emailed docs (rental agreement, receipt, and a copy of the promo T&Cs) to [email protected] to request bonus miles. Will see if this is lost cause. Anyone know of any ways to escalate the request if needed?

My third and second bonuses posted today (with yesterday's date)!

Total of 65,220 miles received for the all in spend of £135 (over three rentals: two at 20k and one at 25k offer).
