Etihad: Man City triple miles offer
Hello everybody,
I'm new here so please be gentle with me. I have had quick squiz on this forum I couldn't obviously find if this question has been asked before, apologies if it has.
Has anyone who availed themselves of the above offer and flown had the bonus points credited to their Etihad Guest account yet? I flew very early November and the bonus points have yet to hit my account? My 'normal' miles were credited to my account straight away however, I have not see hide nor hair of the bonus miles yet.
Anybody have 1st hand experience how long it takes to get the additional miles?
Ta in advance.
Zac.

It took me 6 emails to get most of my miles posted , I'm still missing some , but have just given up hope now . The sheer incompetence of Etihad management is mind boggling . They brought out this offer when Man City won the treble in the summer , but nobody at Etihad who imputs extra miles into one's account knows anything about it . This just about sums Etihad up

By way of an update my bonus miles for ATH > AUH > MNL have now been been credited to my guest account.
But I'm still waiting for my MNL > AUH > MAN bonus miles.
Here is what Etihad had to say about that:
"The bonus miles for the return sectors from Manila should be posted up to 45 days after each flight activity date."
Which concurs with what Gav mentioned further up the thread.
Its all a little frustrating when I want to buy a flight with miles.

Quite. What is so hard about doing just that?

I thought I would close the loop on this one.
My remaining triple miles were credited to my account today - I don't know if posting here expedited matters or not, anyhow I'm all good now.
Thanks for all your feedback.
