Headphones to the gate
Just came off the Zurich flight, in economy. They didn't do the usual collection of the headsets (somewhere around Doha...45 minutes out). Is this a new policy?

Currently in the lounge in AUH , no collection of headphones on my Y flight from LHR . Paid Ł39 at check - in for the economy space seat ( gold card discount ) , ended up with a complete row of 4 . Well worth the extra

Yes, I've heard from someone who was in a focus group with the top boss (really!) that they are really listening now, and gate to gate entertainment is one of the changes they're making

On my next leg to Bangkok , the system closed 5 min before landing . Once again no headphone collection
