Directional Award Availability in F / Based on POS
 

It's well known over on the AA forum that award availability for the same sector can vary considerably depending on how one searches - i.e. no availability for a search from US-AUH but availability on the same sector for a search AUH-US-AUH. However it does not seem to affect bookable availability through AAdvantage (you can book the space just US-AUH) through a call center outside the US.

Is there a similar workaround when using EY Guest miles to capture that inventory for US-AUH only?
