Flight attendants said they haven't had seat covers for the last 4 months. I didn't see anything about it on Flyertalk.
PS After-takeoff drink was served with potato chips. "We don't have nuts."

Our trip wasn't bad overall. Flight attendants were more alert and attentive than I've seen in the past. One of them found us Y blankets to spread out in place of the "mattress", and on the way back (J not full) they found us extra J blankets. The meze has improved (what is the new dark-red grainy stuff? it's not bad at all); and most of the food was better than on some past trips.
Did get nuts on the way back, not that it's a big deal. Got ripped off on intermittent and slow internet, but otherwise, great trip.
Sure, QR is much better, but EY isn't bad by any means.
