Retroclaimed Miles after Tier Downgrade
Customer Service have added the missing miles to my account but say that as they are added whilst I'm Silver I don't get the Gold Bonus, despite being Gold Tier at the time the flights were taken.
Is this the correct process?

Sounds incorrect to me. I had the reverse happen to me which was correct.
I flew as silver. But after the flight I reached gold. I received 0 miles for the flight. When I chased, they added the silver bonus which was correct.
