hi,im currently a gold member, but don't understand how the equity partner scheme works and how to make good use of it,can I just book on these airlines and have same rewards as I would with Etihad,for example,i want to go to rome in November so have looked at Alitalia from lhr,would I earn miles and be able to use the lounge for this trip?thanks,gavin

As for the question, I suggest you check out each individual partner that you consider flying with here. At the end of each separate page there is a list of service benefits for EY Guest cardholders. It does differ a bit from one partner to another, but as far as Gold goes, it's more or less same - extra baggage, priority check in and boarding and lounge access with a guest.

For AZ and equity member airlines. Yes you can present your EY card and they will credit you miles on it plus tier will also be counted.

As the other poster suggested gold benefits are listed on EY website for each individual airline
