Hi Ashp, a car can take up to 2 guests, however the pick up point should be from once place so he should come to your place for the pick up. *Yas

Hi, our 2 baggage were lost for over 48 hrs on EY416 from AUH to KUL on 7/2/16 & we have submitted all the info to [email protected] on 7/10/16. We have received a generic response on 7/18 and that’s yet. I’d like to know why it’s taking so long. RQID is 464938.

I just transferred some miles on 9/30 and 9/20 right before the 20% bonus promotion. Would etihad be able to extend me the bonus 20% miles or are they restrictive because i transferred my miles 1 day and 10 days earlier, respectively?

Iwill be flying to the Seychelles on my honeymoon (Economy YV) andI am confused to my luggage entitlement as a gold member (pieces and weight), canyou please clarify?

I am trying to book a ticket using my Etihad GuestMiles from ISB to IAD via AUH. The ISB-AUH leg is in Business while AUH-IAD is in First. Etihad doesn't offer First on ISB-AUH route. I've been told by your call center that there would be two tickets issued, one for each leg. Can you please confirm if that is indeed the case?
