What menu in business at 10.40am

Hi i'm flying from AUH to BKK at 10.40am in J class on 1st of December. The flight will arrive at 7.45pm. Will it be a lunch focused menu or will I have to endure breakfast as the culinary highlight of my flight?

I fly in form MAN and have breakfast then get the BKK flight and I am sure its not breakfast on this flight again. Don't forget there is always the kitchen anytime menu too.

Based on my recent experience, you're not going to get any culinary highlights in Etihad BC.

Yeah seems a little to late for breakfast by the time were up and in the air it will be about 11.30am. I just can't stomach eggs on a plane.

Didnt get to use the anytime menu last time as I overslept.

Must agree with RBH58 last time I was underwhelmed and the service was pretty poor, but I believe in second chances. Not third though.

Thanks

My three experiences of J flights out around that time (SIN/BNE x2 & SYD) has both been lunch first followed by the anytime menu.

I doubt that there will be breakfast and instead you will have the offer of the anytime lunch/diner menu

my experience of Etihad business class is excellent service and although I would not write home about the meals neither would I complain (some more exciting snacks might be nice however)

Most airlines that I've flown (including EY) have served lunch on mid-morning departures

I hope it's lunch. I am flying the same route/time on 29th November.

for sure it will be lunch. I recently had a similar (even earlier) timed departure AUH to SIN and was served lunch.
