EY A332 Strange Seat Map

I will be flying on EY 211 from DEL to AUH on 1/14 and I see 1-1-1 seating in J. I wasn't aware of any EY aircraft with this type of J config. I thought it might be a 9W operated flight but their A332's have 10 rows of 1-1-1 J. My flight has only 6 rows. Anybody know if the seat maps are wrong or is this a new layout?

Jet has an A332 and A333 in different configs but I haven't heard of one with only 6 rows. Trip reports of those here. http://boardingarea.com/livefromalou...premiere-a333/ http://boardingarea.com/livefromalou...premiere-a332/

I went to 9w's website to make a dummy booking for my flight and it shows my flight as 9W6102: Operated by Etihad Airways, but here it says the flight should be operated by Jet :http://airlineroute.net/2013/09/20/ey-delbom-w13/ ... so confused atm. On top of that I don't see either airline having an A330 with 6 rows of J lol

It's a Jet Airways A332 on dry lease. 9W metal and interior seating and configuration but all EY crew, AVOD etc. Not sure how long the dry lease is for but maybe just for the winter busy season.
J class had 7 rows 1-1-1 but I think for capacity control or whatever only 18 seats are available.

You can look up the seat maps on seatguru.com

Interesting. The 9W A332 has rows 1-10 in J in 1-1-1 layout, but on expertflyer the seatmap is showing only rows 1-6 available, so I guess EY is blocking the last 4 rows.

I'm booked on this metal for KUL-AUH-KUL in Dec/Jan, so it looks like its sticking around for a while longer.

I'm also keen to know as I have a flight from AUH to KUL next week.

Has anyone flown this aircraft? I wonder whether EY are blocking off these seats or whether they have changed the configuration.
According to the EY online seat map Y begins at row 7. Can this be trusted?

Thanks
Adam

Looks like my A330 flight later this week from AB coded KUL-AUH has changed from Jet Airways to pure Etihad. Not sure if thats a system change, or if they changed the metal.

That was me and in the end it was precisely a Jet aircraft.

How were the seats? I'm taking this flight in January and it's also a Jetihad bird.

Sincerely they were better than the EY (or AZ, for that matter) ones for me, since I'm very tall and I could "extend" a bit and not feel constrained

All in all, one of my most pleasant flights with EY.

Well that's a pleasant change. Even EY's old J blows 9W's new J out of the water.
