Plusgrade Points Earning
 
Hi

I just flew from MNL-AUH with a Plusgrade uppgrade . And when I check the account is show 0 points/miles for the segment .

Has anyone experience this ? I thought you should earn normal miles plus another 10% .

You need to email Etihad Guest and claim the missing miles. It is the base miles plus 10%.
