Tomorrow fly Syd/Lhr, mini trip report will be posted

Hi, tomorrow I fly F Syd-Lhr, and return begining of April. All should be smooth and easy, including chauffeur Uk side. I will post my thoughts, to include food and service and overall experience on my return. No photo's, just brief honest personal opinion.

Enjoy you trip to the max. EY first class is amongst the best in the world.

The BMW 7er chauffeur limo will be a plus upon arrival in LHR to transport you to your hotel.

Don't expect too much of the lounge access in SYD. I did this same trip in F last week. You get to use Air New Zealand's lounge and, since they have no flights leaving around then, you get very little in the way of food. The chef on board is also something of a waste of time. I would consider the food on offer in J as better. The seats are good though and you will get a very good sleep. Likewise the F lounge in Abu Dhabi - when you eventually get there.

I have flown both airlines on the LHR route and I liked EY a lot and I would give it a preference over EK. However, EK lounges in DXB are much superior than EY lounges in AUH.

Thanks for the feedback
I flew Emirates in business on the A380 not on this route
Other then food on board it was sensational
I thought the food in their lounge was outstanding though
Their service was excellent and the plane stunning and new
How is the Etihad on

Comfort of seat?
Food Quality?
