EY J Award on AA ticket fees for DEL-ORD?
Hi,
I'm an EY Guest member wishing to redeem miles for an AA DEL-ORD flight in J. Does anyone know what the approximate taxes and fees for a one-way would be (67,500 mile reward ticket). Thanks.

Are you redeeming AA miles or EY miles for the AA flight? Fees, and the number of miles required can vary widely, depending on whose miles you are using.

Will be redeeming EY miles.....according to the chart on the EY website, the no. of miles needed (67,500) is the same.

Do you know what the fees would normally be for this?

No; but since FT has an Etihad forum, you might get more informed answers there. The biggest question is: Does EY assess fuel surcharges for international award redemptions on AA?
You might wish to alert a moderator and request that this thread be moved to the Etihad forum.

This has been moved to the Etihad Guest Forum, as the issue of fees using EY miles on AA would be best addressed here. /JDiver, Moderator

Don't forget to figure in the $25 phone booking fee, which I believe is unavoidable for AA partner redemption.
I recently redeemed a one-way business class from the Middle East back to the US (the same 67500 miles) and paid about $58 in taxes and fees.
