Etihad Codeshare
 

I am trying Etihad in J for the first time next year(looking forward to it).

Anyhoo, for the first leg of my journey I'm travelling from USM-BKK on Bangkok Airways on the 0600 flight which is due to land at 0705. My connecting flight, BKk-LHR is the same day at 0835. I booked the tickets seperately and didn't realise the airlines had a codeshare agreement until after the deed was done. So, has anyone done this trip before? I'm starting to think that 1 and half hours is a bit tight and also if I present my relevant docs at Samui will they check my baggage straight through?

Any other tips and/or advice always welcome. Thanks.
