Refund of airmiles
 

Hi all,

Have just cancelled a redemption booking. Can anyone tell me how long it will take for the miles to be credited back to my Skywards account?

If you make a call to the skywards centers it literally takes minutes I would imagine by the time you read this your miles will be credited already! Be sure to tell them to re-issue the ticket though, I had some hassle last week with a reissue of the ticket.
