Lounge access flexibility ?
 
2 x adults in J will be travelling with 2 x 16 year olds in Y. No EK status for any of us.

Is there any / much chance of getting the 16 year old into the LGW and DXB T3 Business lounges ?? I assume there is no entitlement and just wondered how strict EK are (BA are pretty good in this situation, at least if one has Gold status).

Seen it done before, Mum, Dad up in J while paid nanny with 3 screaming kids in Y, was not fair to the rest of us in Y either...

Well kids are shorter so need less legroom and frankly cant enjoy all that Moet anyway :p

I thought each J flyer gets a +1 for the lounge - though have to say I have always been on my own or with other J/F flyers, so not 100% sure. In any event, I'd certainly give it a go - I reckon at LGW they will let you in and it is a great lounge there!

Not J flyers. If you have Gold status, you can take a guest.
