Need Business CLass Upgrades
 

I have a friend who is looking to upgrade 4 RT tix from JFK-DUB this March. She is already ticketed in upgradeable economy and the business class seats are available. She doesn't have any Emirates miles? How can she do this? She does have lots of other miles and AMEX MRs.

firstly did emirates issue the ticket.
if not forget upgrading with miles,.
