FFQ miles from code share flight
 
This is a long shot, but I am only a few miles away from Primeir Elite with Philippine Airlines. This weekend I am flying MNL to Milan on EK. Philippine Airlines states that they code share with EK MNL/Dubai. Can I use my Mahubay Card for the miles? Has anyone been able to do that. Also since EK offers no F service from MNL what can I expect in J and what is the F service like in from Dubai to Milan. Sorry but I am used to CX, SQ and BA F when flying to between Asia and Europe.
