Name change
 
I read through the conditions of carriage; couldn't find anything about name changes.
How would I be able to know if a partially used ticket can have the name changed (to someone else)?

All EK tickets are non transferable (i.e. no name change.)

EK only, or most other airlines (may be charter flights are different)?
