How to see Dubai in an evening?????
 

Hi

I land in DXB from BOM at 20:30 and dont depart till 07:45 to LHR the following morning.

Can anyone advise how best i can see a bit of Dubai... perhaps a taxi ride around?

All ideas very greatfully received.

Taxi's are very cheap in Dubai.

An alternative is to walk across to one of the hotels across the road, and ask for a car to take you around. They'll be more used to the sightseeing tours, and won't be too expensive (you can agree a price upfront).

Have a look at Arabian Adventures (www.arabianadventures.com) and see what leaves after 9:30pm. Prolly not much, but it's a good start. Otherwise the taxi would be good; pay 150Dhs per hour i'd say(?)

I think that's way too much. We were quoted $10 an hour, which at the time was about 40Dhs. And this was in a private car.
