First post and odd question. :rolleyes:

I was trying to claim my missing miles using the online form. But the odd thing is my ticket number only has 10 characters when the required one is supposed to be 13... Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hmm
If memory serves correct, a 14 digit ticket number is comprised on an airlines 3 digit code plus a 10 digit ticket number...

So, before the ticket number, try entering 176 for EK
