Gifting miles
 
Hi,

I heard one can gift miles in his/her Skywards account to another account. Is this true? If yes, are there any limitations, charges? Can this be done online?

Unfortunately you cannot transfer your Skywards miles to another but you can buy the Gift Miles for USD 2.5 cents per Mile to another account through Skywards.com :rolleyes:

You can gift miles to other skyward members. I was gifted 25,000mils only three weeks ago !

I would IMAGINE someone gave you either an award ticket or an upgrade. they did not however transfer miles from their account to yours.
