Suites from JFK?
Hi, am a big fan of the F suites on A345-however am rather confused about which routes to JFK these suites will be offered on..
EK 201/202 used to have the suite on the 11pm A345 departure from JFK. I just tried to book this flight for May/June and it is now showing up as a 777-300ER. The 1-stop via Hamburg is showing the A345. The EK 203/204 also seem to have the 777. Does anyone know if the 777 on the JFK route will have the F Suite? If not, why not??!! Doesnt make sense to me to have the F suite on the 1 stop to JFK... Any insight appreciated, Thanks |
For me it makes perfect sense since I'm booked on HAM-DXB in F later this year... ;) :p
Seriously, according to German media it's because HAM-JFK is showing a weak performance. As the A345 has less seats than the 77W, EK has changed the equipment for both flights. |
Some of the newer 777-300ERs are having the A340-500 style F suites installed. Maybe they will use this aircraft on the DXB-HAM-JFK route.
