Is EK website always this bad?
 

Last week, I spent an excrutiatingly long time trying to book a ticket on emirates.com -potentially the slowest airline website I have accessed. Are they in the middle of some upgrade or change or is it always this bad?

I've never experienced to be slow. If you are using firefox, try IE - it works better for me.

Thanks for the response. My default is Firefox but I switched to IE (two different versions on different machines) to see if it is any faster. No difference in response times.

I managed to purchase the ticket. Hopefully, I don't have to go back there (emirates.com) any time soon.
