Need info about Emirates
 

Next month I am going from KUL to BAH. Emirates has the best fare and shortest transit time (plus star alliance). What can you tell me about the airline? I will be in economy. Is it comfortable? How is or is there food? drinks?

EK is not part of Star alliance, but its an excellent airline in general.

Some of the short hops might be a little cramped, but still better compared
to many other airlines and comfortable.

Food is very good, and they will serve you free alcohol (if thats what you
were looking for ;) )

The KUL-DXB sector will depend on the plane. I would try and get on an Airbus if seat width is important, and on a Boeing if seat pitch is important. The service / meal / entertainment etc is all excellent.

On the DXB-BAH sector, compared to US short haul you will be spoiled. The entertainment is of long haul standards, you get a full meal, and the seats are the same as those used internationally.
