Claiming missing miles
 

Does the Skywards page to claim missing miles work for anyone? I have tried several times, and after entering all of the information, get to a screen that reads: "Sorry, there has been an error and your request could not be resolved."

which browser are you using? I have had serious problems at skywards.com when using Firefox

I am using Internet Explorer.

i have the same problem with online missin miles claim.
the best way to claim its to send an email to:

[email protected] (if you're gold)
[email protected] (if you're silver)
on the email subject you put "Retro Credit"
give the you're ticket number and your booking reference + your missing miles flight
its the easiest way and the fastest to claim your missing miles and to get your miles credited.
the managing director of an emirates office tell me that and it work perfectly.

My experience. I tried to email them and got no reply. Sent a follow up using the online form at Skywards and still no reply. Rang up my (UK) service centre today - all sorted within 5 minutes. I'd certainly recommend calling. The numbers are here .
